1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a lottery ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MapleJackpotFinder regarding the use of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The Service is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following criteria at the time of registration and play:

• You must be at least 19 years of age.
• You must be physically located within a Canadian province or territory where the Service is offered.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of MapleJackpotFinder staff.

3. Account Registration & Security

To participate, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. MapleJackpotFinder cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Ticket Purchases and Transactions

All ticket prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). When you purchase an entry, you authorize us to charge your registered payment method.

• Final Sale: All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is generated and confirmed in our system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Deadlines: Purchases must be completed before the cut-off time (19:15 EST on draw days). Transactions processed after this time will be entered into the next available draw.
• System Errors: In the event of a system malfunction, we reserve the right to void all tickets purchased during that period and refund the original purchase price.

5. Winnings, Prizes, and Withdrawals

5.1 Prize Verification

All winning tickets are subject to validation by our central system. A visual indication of a win on your screen is not an official confirmation. The official result is the data recorded in the MapleJackpotFinder central server.

5.2 Claiming Prizes

• Tier 1 (Under $1,000): Credited directly to your player wallet. Can be used for future play or withdrawn.
• Tier 2 ($1,000 - $9,999): Requires additional identity verification (KYC).
• Tier 3 ($10,000+ & Jackpot): Must be claimed in person or via specific high-value protocol. These prizes may be subject to media publicity as per regulatory requirements (unless a anonymity exception is granted).

5.3 Claim Deadlines

Prizes must be claimed within 12 months (365 days) from the draw date. Unclaimed prize money is redistributed to the prize fund or charity in accordance with provincial regulations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the Service or purchase tickets.
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising the Service.
• Engage in "money laundering" activities. We adhere to strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and report suspicious transactions to FINTRAC.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MapleJackpotFinder and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MapleJackpotFinder.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MapleJackpotFinder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. Any content obtained from the Service; and
4. Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
